退换货政策 (Return Policy)
感谢您在我们网站购物。为了保障所有客户的卫生与安全,请在购买前仔细阅读以下退换货条款:
1. 退换货条件
由于本公司产品属于草本冲饮及食品类别,为了确保食品安全与卫生,我们仅接受满足以下所有条件的退换货申请:
- 时效限制: 必须在货物显示签收之日起的 3 天内 提交退换货申请。
- 包装完整: 包装必须完全未拆封、未打开、无任何使用痕迹。
- 商品状态: 商品外包装必须保持绝对干净、完整、无任何破损或污渍。
※ 特别提示:鉴于产品的食品安全属性,任何已打开包装、包装受损或已被使用的商品,一律不予接受退换货,敬请谅解。
2. 邮费说明
- 客户承担: 因个人原因(如不喜欢、买错等)导致的退换货,由此产生的所有来回邮费及相关物流费用均由客户自行承担。
- 安全寄回: 我们强烈建议您使用带有追踪单号的快递服务寄回商品。在商品安全送达我们的仓库并完成验货前,客户需对退回商品的运输安全全权负责。
3. 退换货流程
- 请在签收 3 天内,通过官方客服邮箱联系我们,并提供您的订单号以及未拆封商品的清晰实物照片。
- 客服团队审核通过后,将为您提供退货邮寄地址。
- 我们在收到退货并确认包装完好无损、保持干净后,将在 3-5 个工作日内为您办理退款或更换商品。
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with shipping fee deducted on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
