When will my order be delivered?

Total Delivery TimeYour total delivery time consists of two parts: Order Processing Time and Shipping & Transit Time.1. Order Processing

  • Timeline: 1 to 3 working days.
  • Process: Once your order is successfully placed, our Hong Kong warehouse will pick, safely pack, and hand over your package to Hong Kong Post.

2. Shipping & TransitOur packages are shipped from Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post. The international transit times are as follows:

  • Asia & Neighboring Regions: Approximately 7 - 14 working days after dispatch.
  • Europe, Americas & Other Major Countries: Approximately 10 - 25 working days after dispatch.

Order TrackingOnce your package is shipped, our system will automatically send a Tracking Number to your email. You can use this number to check the live status of your package at any time.

Can I Return my product?

Return & Exchange PolicyDue to food safety and hygiene regulations, our herbal beverages and food products are only eligible for return or exchange under strict conditions:📋 Eligibility Criteria

  • Product Condition: Items must be completely unopened, unused, undamaged, and in perfectly clean original packaging.
  • Time Limit: You must contact our customer service team within 3 days from the date the tracking shows your package was delivered.

🚚 Shipping Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect items ordered), the customer must pay all round-trip shipping costs.
  • Store Responsibility: We cover all shipping costs only if we sent the wrong product or if the item has major manufacturing defects.

  • No Exceptions: Any item that has been opened, has a damaged outer box, or has been used cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Damaged Items PolicyBecause our products travel long distances from Hong Kong to destinations worldwide, items may occasionally suffer damage during transit. If your item (or any part of it) arrives damaged, please do not worry—we will resolve this for you.Please follow these steps:

📸 Step 1: Take Photos

  • Action: Photograph the damaged product clearly.
  • Important: Also take photos of any visible damage on the outer shipping box.
  • Time Limit: Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your package.

✉️ Step 2: Contact Customer Service

  • Action: Send an email to our official customer service inbox.
  • Include: Your order number and the clear photos you took in Step 1.

🛠️ Step 3: ResolutionOnce our customer service team verifies the damage, we will secure your rights by offering one of the following solutions at no extra cost to you:

  • Free Replacement: We will ship out the damaged parts or items again.
  • Partial Refund: We will issue a refund corresponding to the value of the damaged item.

⚠️ Important Notice

  • Do Not Return Yet: Please do not reject the delivery or ship the damaged package back to us without contacting customer service first. Doing so will cause delays in processing your after-sales request.
