Therapeutic Principle

Traditionally selected for vigorous exterior wind-cold-damp with marked body pain — stronger dispersing than Bai Du San, without the heat-clearing direction of Yin Qiao San.

Jing Fang Bai Du San strongly disperses wind-cold-damp. Bai Du San includes mild Qi support. Jiu Wei Qiang Huo Tang is another strong wind-cold-damp formula. Yin Qiao San addresses wind-heat rather than cold.
