Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Please read these terms before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

1. Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
2. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Dispatch may be delayed when a Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or other circumstances beyond our control are in effect.

Delivery: You agree to appoint our contracted courier as your agent to collect and deliver the ordered items on your behalf to your designated delivery address overseas.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order total.

3. Delivery Times

1. All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
2. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, or customs inspection in the destination country.
3. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from delivery delays.
4. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an inquiry with the carrier. The outcome of any inquiry is subject to the carrier's rules.

4. Delivery Address & Receipt of Goods

1. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct. We are unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched.
2. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, any additional shipping charges for redelivery will be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.
3. Please check that your order is complete and in good condition upon receipt. For damaged, missing or incorrect items, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Clearance

1. Import duties, taxes, clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. United States: depending on current US customs rules, some parcels may be subject to import duties and fees, which may be collected by the courier before or upon delivery.
3. European Union: depending on local customs rules, some parcels may be subject to import VAT and customs charges, which may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
4. Canada: orders above a certain value may be subject to import duties and taxes.
5. Import rules for herbal and health products vary by country. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

6. Customs Holds & Seizures

1. We respect all decisions made by customs authorities.
2. We are not liable for parcels that are held, returned, refused entry or confiscated by customs. No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.
3. If a parcel is refused by the recipient (including refusal to pay duties or taxes), the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs are non-refundable.
