From Zhang Zhongjing's Shang Han Lun, Ma Xing Gan Shi Tang is the classical formula for lung heat with tightness — used to clear heat and calm the lung.
Classical Formula Composition

Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 16 g — clears heat and relieves restlessness

Ku Xing Ren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum) 6 g — descends the qi and calms the lung
