清心莲子饮为治疗心火偏旺、气虚湿热之经典方剂——用以清心火、益气、利水。
经典方剂组成
- 莲子肉 (Semen Nelumbinis) 4.5 g, 人参 (Radix Ginseng) 4.5 g, 黄芪 (Radix Astragali) 4.5 g —益气安神
- 茯苓 (Poria) 4.5 g, 车前子 (Semen Plantaginis) 3 g —利水除湿
- 麦冬 (Radix Ophiopogonis) 3 g, 地骨皮 (Cortex Lycii) 3 g, 黄芩 (Radix Scutellariae) 3 g, 炙甘草 (Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata) 3 g —清心润燥
