通窍活血汤出自王清任《医林改错》，为治疗血瘀阻窍之经典方剂。
经典方剂组成
- 桃仁 (Semen Persicae) 6 g, 红花 (Flos Carthami) 6 g, 川芎 (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) 6 g, 赤芍 (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) 2 g —活血化瘀
- 生姜 (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) 6 g, 葱白 (Herba Allii Fistulosi) 2 g, 大枣 (Fructus Jujubae) 5 g —通阳调中
