清心蓮子飲為治療心火偏旺、氣虛濕熱之經典方劑——用以清心火、益氣、利水。
經典方劑組成
- 蓮子肉 (Semen Nelumbinis) 4.5 g, 人參 (Radix Ginseng) 4.5 g, 黃耆 (Radix Astragali) 4.5 g —益氣安神
- 茯苓 (Poria) 4.5 g, 車前子 (Semen Plantaginis) 3 g —利水除濕
- 麥冬 (Radix Ophiopogonis) 3 g, 地骨皮 (Cortex Lycii) 3 g, 黃芩 (Radix Scutellariae) 3 g, 炙甘草 (Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata) 3 g —清心潤燥
