右歸丸出自張介賓《景岳全書》，為治療腎陽虛之經典方劑。
經典方劑組成
- 熟地黃 (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) 5.6 g, 山茱萸 (Fructus Corni) 2.8 g, 山藥 (Rhizoma Dioscoreae) 2.8 g, 枸杞子 (Fructus Lycii) 2.8 g, 菟絲子 (Semen Cuscutae) 2.8 g, 杜仲 (Cortex Eucommiae) 2.8 g —補益肝腎
- 鹿角膠 (Colla Cornus Cervi) 0.2 g, 當歸 (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 0.2 g —溫陽養血
- 肉桂 (Cortex Cinnamomi) 1.4 g —溫陽引火歸元
