How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available once your order reaches the free-shipping threshold for your region. Thresholds vary by destination; please see our Shipping Policy for details.

I didn't receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Order confirmations are sent automatically at checkout. Please check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder and add service@hjmedicalstore.com to your trusted contacts. If it is still missing, your email address may have had a typo at checkout. Email us with your full name and order details and we will update your record and resend the confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we are happy to change or cancel it. Please email service@hjmedicalstore.com straight away with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can follow our standard returns procedure after you receive it.
Can I order a product that isn't listed on the site?
Yes. If you are looking for a single herb granule or classical formula that isn't on our store, email service@hjmedicalstore.com with the herb or formula name (Pinyin, Latin or Chinese). We will check availability across our partner brands and arrange a custom order where possible.
Do you supply clinics or bulk orders?
Yes. HJ Medical supports licensed TCM practitioners, acupuncturists and wellness clinics with professional pricing and bulk orders. Email service@hjmedicalstore.com with your clinic details or practitioner credentials to open a wholesale account.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday). Messages sent at weekends or on public holidays are answered on the next business day. Online service hours are 8 AM to 8 PM (HKT).
