From Zhang Zhongjing's Jin Gui Yao Lue, Ma Xing Yi Gan Tang is the classical formula for wind-dampness with heat — used to release the exterior and dispel wind-dampness.
Classical Formula Composition

Ku Xing Ren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum) 4 g — descends the qi and moistens

Yi Yi Ren (Semen Coicis) 5 g — clears dampness and relaxes the sinews
