Zhi He Shou Wu (Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata), Niu Xi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae), Tu Si Zi (Semen Cuscutae) — nourish the liver and kidney

Gou Qi Zi (Fructus Lycii), Bu Gu Zhi (Fructus Psoraleae), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Fu Ling (Poria) — nourish the blood, warm the kidney and resolve dampness
