Fang Feng (Radix Saposhnikoviae) 3 g, Jing Jie (Herba Schizonepetae) 1.5 g, Bo He (Herba Menthae) 1.5 g — dispel wind and release the upper body

Lian Qiao (Fructus Forsythiae) 2.5 g, Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae) 2 g, Huang Lian (Rhizoma Coptidis) 1.5 g, Zhi Zi (Fructus Gardeniae) 1.5 g — clear heat of the upper body

Bai Zhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) 2.5 g, Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) 2 g, Zhi Ke (Fructus Aurantii) 1.5 g, Jie Geng (Radix Platycodonis) 2.5 g — move qi and relieve the head
