From Han Shi Yi Tong, San Zi Yang Qin Tang is a classical formula for phlegm with food stagnation — used to descend the qi and resolve phlegm.

Classical Formula Composition

• Bai Jie Zi (Semen Sinapis Albae), Zi Su Zi (Fructus Perillae), Lai Fu Zi (Semen Raphani) — descend the qi, resolve phlegm and guide food stagnation downward
