From Zhang Zhongjing's Jin Gui Yao Lue, Yue Bi Jia Zhu Tang is the classical formula for exterior wind-water with dampness — used to release the exterior, clear heat and resolve dampness.
Classical Formula Composition

Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 8 g — clears heat and relieves restlessness

Sheng Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) 3 g, Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) 2 g, Da Zao (Fructus Jujubae) 3 g — harmonize the middle and protect the stomach

Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 4 g — strengthen the spleen and resolve dampness
