3. 解决方案： 经客服团队核实确认后，我们将免费为您重新补发损坏的部分商品，或为您办理相应金额的部分退款，确保您的权益不受损失。

Yes. We support licensed TCM practitioners, acupuncturists and wellness clinics with professional pricing and bulk ordering. Please contact us at service@hjmedicalstore.com with your clinic details or practitioner credentials to open a wholesale account.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we are happy to modify or cancel it. Please email us immediately at service@hjmedicalstore.com with your order number. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow our standard returns procedure after receiving your package.

Order confirmations are sent automatically upon checkout. If you haven't received yours:
