补阳还五汤出自王清任《医林改错》，为治疗气虚血瘀之经典方剂——用以益气活血。
经典方剂组成
- 黄芪 (Radix Astragali) 20 g —益气行血
- 当归尾 (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 1 g, 赤芍 (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) 1 g, 川芎 (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) 0.5 g, 桃仁 (Semen Persicae) 0.5 g, 红花 (Flos Carthami) 0.5 g, 地龙 (Pheretima) 0.5 g —活血化瘀通络
