一贯煎——滋阴养血、补肾疏肝
一贯煎出自魏之琇《续名医类案》，为治疗肝肾阴虚之经典方剂——用以滋阴疏肝。
经典方剂组成
- 生地黄 (Radix Rehmanniae) 8 g, 麦门冬 (Radix Ophiopogonis) 3 g, 北沙参 (Radix Glehniae) 3 g —滋阴生津
- 当归 (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 3 g, 枸杞子 (Fructus Lycii) 3 g —养血补肾
- 川楝子 (Fructus Toosendan) 2 g —疏肝解郁
