左归丸出自张介宾《景岳全书》，为治疗肾阴虚之经典方剂——用以滋肾阴、填精益髓。
经典方剂组成
- 熟地黄 (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) 5 g, 山茱萸 (Fructus Corni) 2.5 g, 枸杞子 (Fructus Lycii) 2.5 g, 山药 (Rhizoma Dioscoreae) 2.5 g —滋阴补肾
- 鹿角胶 (Colla Cornus Cervi) 2.5 g, 龟板胶 (Colla Plastri Testudinis) 2.5 g, 菟丝子 (Semen Cuscutae) 2.5 g, 川牛膝 (Radix Cyathulae) 2 g —填精益髓
