您的總簽收時間由「訂單處理時間」與「物流運輸時間」兩部分組成：

1. 訂單處理： 在您成功下單後，我們的香港倉庫通常需要 1-3 個工作日 進行配貨、安全包裝並交付給香港郵政。
2. 物流運輸： 我們的包裹從中國香港發出，採用香港郵政渠道，國際運輸時效如下：亞洲及周邊地區： 出貨後約 7 - 14 個工作日 送達。歐美及其他主要國家： 出貨後約 10 - 25 個工作日 送達。

包裹發出後，我們會通過系統向您的郵箱發送一份包含物流追蹤單號（Tracking Number）的郵件，您可以隨時查看包裹的最新位置。

由於我們的產品屬於草本沖飲及食品類別，出於食品安全與衛生安全的考量，我們僅在特定條件下接受退換貨申請：

1. 基本條件： 商品必須處於完全未拆封、未使用過、無破損且外包裝保持絕對乾淨的狀態。
2. 時效限制： 請務必在貨物顯示簽收之日起的 3 天內 與我們的客服團隊取得聯繫。
3. 郵費說明： 除非是因為寄錯商品或商品本身存在重大瑕疵，否則因個人原因（如不喜歡、買錯等）產生的退換貨，所有往返郵費均須由客戶自行承擔。

1. 拍照留存： 請在收到包裹後 24小時內，拍攝損壞商品（以及快遞外箱受損處）的清晰照片。
2. 聯繫客服： 請將您的訂單號、損壞商品的清晰照片發送至我們的官方客服郵箱。
3. 解決方案： 經客服團隊核實確認後，我們將免費為您重新補發損壞的部分商品，或為您辦理相應金額的部分退款，確保您的權益不受損失。

Yes. We support licensed TCM practitioners, acupuncturists and wellness clinics with professional pricing and bulk ordering. Please contact us at service@hjmedicalstore.com with your clinic details or practitioner credentials to open a wholesale account.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we are happy to modify or cancel it. Please email us immediately at service@hjmedicalstore.com with your order number. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow our standard returns procedure after receiving your package.
