補陽還五湯出自王清任《醫林改錯》，為治療氣虛血瘀之經典方劑——用以益氣活血。
經典方劑組成
- 黃耆 (Radix Astragali) 20 g —益氣行血
- 當歸尾 (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 1 g, 赤芍 (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) 1 g, 川芎 (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) 0.5 g, 桃仁 (Semen Persicae) 0.5 g, 紅花 (Flos Carthami) 0.5 g, 地龍 (Pheretima) 0.5 g —活血化瘀通絡
