當歸四逆湯——溫經散寒、養血通脈
當歸四逆湯出自張仲景《傷寒論》，為治療血虛寒凝經脈之經典方劑。
經典方劑組成
- 當歸 (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 4.5 g, 白芍 (Radix Paeoniae Alba) 4.5 g —養血柔筋
- 桂枝 (Ramulus Cinnamomi) 4.5 g, 細辛 (Radix et Rhizoma Asari) 4.5 g —溫經散寒
- 大棗 (Fructus Jujubae) 6 g, 炙甘草 (Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata) 3 g —調胃養中
