理中湯出自張仲景《傷寒論》，為治療中焦虛寒之經典方劑。
經典方劑組成
- 乾薑 (Rhizoma Zingiberis) 4 g, 人參 (Radix Ginseng) 4 g —溫中益氣
- 白朮 (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 4 g, 甘草 (Radix Glycyrrhizae) 4 g —健脾和中
