平胃散——燥濕健脾、行氣和胃
平胃散出自《太平惠民和劑局方》，為治療脾胃濕滯之經典方劑。
經典方劑組成
- 蒼朮 (Rhizoma Atractylodis) 8 g —燥濕健脾
- 厚朴 (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis) 5 g, 陳皮 (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) 5 g —行氣除濕
- 炙甘草 (Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata) 3 g, 生薑 (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) 3 g, 大棗 (Fructus Jujubae) 2 g —調和脾胃
