通竅活血湯出自王清任《醫林改錯》，為治療血瘀阻竅之經典方劑。
經典方劑組成
- 桃仁 (Semen Persicae) 6 g, 紅花 (Flos Carthami) 6 g, 川芎 (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) 6 g, 赤芍 (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) 2 g —活血化瘀
- 生薑 (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) 6 g, 蔥白 (Herba Allii Fistulosi) 2 g, 大棗 (Fructus Jujubae) 5 g —通陽調中
