一貫煎——滋陰養血、補腎疏肝
一貫煎出自魏之琇《續名醫類案》，為治療肝腎陰虛之經典方劑——用以滋陰疏肝。
經典方劑組成
- 生地黃 (Radix Rehmanniae) 8 g, 麥門冬 (Radix Ophiopogonis) 3 g, 北沙參 (Radix Glehniae) 3 g —滋陰生津
- 當歸 (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 3 g, 枸杞子 (Fructus Lycii) 3 g —養血補腎
- 川楝子 (Fructus Toosendan) 2 g —疏肝解鬱
