真武湯出自張仲景《傷寒論》，為治療陽虛水泛之經典方劑。
經典方劑組成
- 茯苓 (Poria) 7.5 g, 白朮 (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 5 g —健脾利水
- 白芍 (Radix Paeoniae Alba) 7.5 g, 生薑 (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) 7.5 g —斂陰溫中
