左歸丸出自張介賓《景岳全書》，為治療腎陰虛之經典方劑——用以滋腎陰、填精益髓。
經典方劑組成
- 熟地黃 (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) 5 g, 山茱萸 (Fructus Corni) 2.5 g, 枸杞子 (Fructus Lycii) 2.5 g, 山藥 (Rhizoma Dioscoreae) 2.5 g —滋陰補腎
- 鹿角膠 (Colla Cornus Cervi) 2.5 g, 龜板膠 (Colla Plastri Testudinis) 2.5 g, 菟絲子 (Semen Cuscutae) 2.5 g, 川牛膝 (Radix Cyathulae) 2 g —填精益髓
