Suan Zao Ren Tang nourishes Liver Blood and calms deficiency irritability. Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan strongly nourishes Heart Yin and Blood for severe insomnia. Gui Pi Tang tonifies Spleen Qi and Heart Blood for overthinking insomnia. Gan Mai Da Zao Tang softens and calms for visceral agitation (Zang Zao).
